Cloudwing purred in amusement after Snowpaw took a few bites, and his purr turned into a mrrow of laughter when the fish left a piece of itself onto her cheek. Swiftly, he leaned forward and licked the piece of fish off her cheek, his blue eyes sparkling with laughter. Realizing that it was his turn to eat, Cloudwing leaned down and took a few famished bites out of the salmon, savoring the flavors that washed over his tongue. Licking his lips, he pushed the remaining prey toward Snowpaw. "You can have the rest; and try not to be messy," he teased, licking her ear as if to say he was only joking.

When Cloudwing licked her cheek, she felt embarrassed because of her sloppy eating ways. I blame my father for that she thought and smiled. Snowpaw bent over and ate the rest of the fish carefully not getting any on her face. I'm so glad I have you She purred rubbing into his shoulder. just stay true to you. |

Cloudwing purred and pressed himself against Snowpaw. "Why? So I can always clean your face whenever you eat?" he teased, letting out a mrrow of laughter. But of course he felt the same about Snowpaw, and he didn't know what he'd do without her.

The white she-cat purred. Well yeah and i could do that to you to, you white fuzzball she teased him back. She rested her head on him and closed her eyes. She was a little tired after all but she wanted to stay awake cause she wanted to be with cloudwing. just stay true to you. |

Cloudwing snorted when Snowpaw called him a "white fuzzball", and flicked her shoulder with his tail good-naturedly. Though when he glanced down at her, he noticed that she look somewhat exhausted."Hey, are you okay? Do you want to take a nap together?" he offered, licking her cheek affectionately.
Wait. Where were they supposed to have their nap? Snowpaw was an apprentice, and Cloudwing was a warrior. If she slept in the warriors' den with him, other warriors would probably walk in on them, and it would probably be the same case if they slept in the apprentices' den. Then an idea popped into his head. "We can find a nice, shady spot at the edge of camp, and just relax," he purred, smiling at his clever suggestion.

Snowpaw looked at him and then looked around. Yeah sure, that would be nice She said. Anyways if anyone saw them sleeping it would look like one cat. She began to close her eyes and then opened them again when Cloudwing spoke. The shade sounds really nice right now She purred and got up, stretching. just stay true to you.

Cloudwing purred and rose to his paws, shaking the dust off his snow-white pelt. Glancing around, he found a soft-looking patch of reeds below a small tree, covered in shade. "Perfect." he purred in delight, a wide grin spreading across his faec.
Bounding over to the reeds, he lay down in the midst of them and looked up at Snowpaw expectantly. Positioning himself so there was room for Snowpaw, he gestured with his tail for her to lay down beside him. "You can be the tired apprentice and I can be your warm nest," he flirted, a twinkle of humor in his piercing blue eyes.

The white apprentice walked over to the reeds with her mate and smiled at him. That sounds good She said yawning. She walking into the little nest Cloudwing made and curled up next to him. just stay true to you. |

Cloudwing grinned as Snowpaw lay dow beside him, and he pressed his larger body against her. Twining his tail with hers, he began to rasp his tongue across her white fur in gentle, rythmic licks. "You know, I wonder what are kits will be like," he murmured into her ear, licking her cheek in an affectionate gesture.

Cloudwing rolled his eyes. "Well, duh, of course they'd probably be white. But I'm talking about what they'll be like." he explained, trailing off in his own thoughts again. "One could have your personality - or they could have mine," he murmured half to Snowpaw, half to himself. He imagined his son growing up to be strong and loyal to his Clan, his father watching him with pride. The idea made Cloudwing purr.

Snowpaw knew that but what if the kits were females and not males or vise-verse. She didn't care what genders they were, just that she had them. Well they can have anything. She purred. just stay true to you. |

Cloudwing sighed and decided to think about their kits later, and enjoy the time he's spending with Snowpaw. "What would I do without you?" he smiled sweetly, gently nuzzling her cheek. If only Snowpaw was a warrior, he thought to himself. The sooner she became a warrior, the sooner they could start their family. Cloudwing glanced down at Snowpaw at the thought of starting a family, and as he stared into her eyes, he knew he wanted nothing more.

Cloudwing realized with a pang of anxiety that Snowpaw was right. There was always the chance of losing Snowpaw, and having to live without her. Or Snowpaw could lose him, and suffer the pain of his loss. But Cloudwing would never want to see Snowpaw in distress.
He was so caught in thought, that he was unprepared for Snowpaw's sudden question. His face grew red with embarrassment, and his fur prickled with excitement. "W-what? You mean, right n-now?" he sputtered, scuffling his front paws in the dirt shyly.
