I have Foxkit in WindClan, and since there's so much plotting going around in that Clan, I figured that I might as well join in. :3
So, I was thinking this: (I'm not really focused right now so don't complain if my writing is sloppy)
Kay, so y'all should check out his bio first, which can be found right herez.
Alrighty. I was thinking that the only thing we roleplay around her anymore is just romance and yadayada. Well, I want to introduce some conflict into the Clans. In this case, into WindClan. Foxkit will befriend another tom quite soon, maybe in a month, actually. These two will be timid around each other at first, but they'll gradually become closer and more friendly.
Soon enough, by the time they are ready to become apprentices, they'll be best friends for life. Literally. Inseperable. However, Foxkit is a tad bit more loyal to his family than to his best friend. But the best friend doesn't notice a thing, since everything's going fine.
Now when they become warriors, this is when the conflict begins. The friend, for now, will be called "the friend". So the friend has become a bit suspicious when they were a few moons before they got their warrior names, and when they're officially warriors, he'll unleash the secret anger and betrayel that he'd felt. The friend would be angry that Foxtail was more loyal to his family than to the friend.
The friend is so hurt, that he walks up to Foxtail and hisses in his face, "You were never my friend!". Foxtail is so, so saddened by his friend giving up on their long friendship, that he considers killing himself by jumping off the gorge. Poor Foxkit has always been troubled, so it wouldn't be very surprising. Anyways, he goes to the gorge and kills himself Well, almost. He's at the edge of the gorge, when the friend suddenly comes in. The friend tells Foxtail that he shouldn't kill himself, but Foxtail doesn't believe that anyone would care if he died. But when he looked down and saw how close he was to the edge, it scared him a bit and he reconsidered about killing himself. But as he took a step forward, he slips on loose rock and falls into the gorge.
Yadayada, the friend jumps in after him and they tumble in the water, yadayada. THEN, they reach ashore and the friend finds Foxtail on the bank - not moving. He carries Foxtail back to camp and straight into the medicine den. Foxtail is in severe conditions, and that's when the friend admits that he was only jealous and he was sorry. Then the two of them rekindle their bond and become bffl's again. <3

Okay, so if you want the friend, just make his personality stubborn, playful and funny, fiercely loyal to his friends and family (and Clan of course), and I'd love it if you added something in his history that made him so sensitive to loyalty, which could've caused him to snap at Foxtail.

Actually... I think maybe he should be in WindClan, since even if RiverClan is staying refugee at WindClan's camp, they would only be there for, perhaps, a moon? Maybe a bit longer. They'd still be kits, and it would be hard for them to grow a stronger bond unless they were in the same Clan.
