Jaggedstripe squeezed through the brambles that lined the camp's barrier, and shook some loose thorns off his pelt scornfully. Why did his fur have to be so long and annoying? Pushing the thought away, he turned around and grunted in surprise when Stormpaw crashed into him. "Stormpaw - ?!" he hissed as they both tumbled to the ground.
Stormpaw instantly scrambled off the larger warrior with wide eyes and dipped his head in a respectful manner. "Sorry, Jaggedstripe!" he meowed hastily, ashamed for doing something mouse-brained in front of his entire patrol. They might as well order him to go back to camp if he keeps his clumsiness up, he thought despairingly.

Then she backed up a few paces, watching the apprentice crash into Jaggedstripe. She frowned, trotting up to Stormpaw. "It might do you some good to watch where you're putting your paws," she said, surprised by her teasing tone. She was usually quiet and secluded, but she was acting happy and outgoing. Her personality was different.
It must just be because of how good this day is turning out, she thought, trying to reason with herself. Badgerstep flicked her tail, wondering when they were actually going to hunt. Her paws itched to be doing something, but she tried to be patient.

Stormpaw hung his head shamefully and scuffled his paws in the dirt. "I said I was sorry.." he muttered indignantly, not meeting Badgerstep's teasing gaze. It was only an accident, he thought stubbornly, they didn't have to make such a fuss about it.
Jaggedstripe rose to his paws, and for once, held back his sharp retort. Today was turning out great for him, and he found no reason to shun the apprentice that way. Instead, he only shrugged. "Nevermind that; let's get moving." Turning, he started off toward the main hunting trail.

"I'm sorry if I upset you, I was just kidding," she meowed, then trotted after Jaggedstripe. She walked close to him, with their pelts brushing. Badgerstep twitched her whiskers, trying to see if she could smell anything. They weren't far enough into the territory that she would find something, but you never know.

Stormpaw snorted, clearly in a bad mood. He didn't believe that Badgerstep was sorry, nor did she care about what he thought. Instead, he said nothing and trailed after Jaggedstripe and Badgerstep, barely paying any attention to the prey-scent all around him. "Can you scent anything?" Jaggedstripe whispered to Badgerstep, meanwhile comforted by the touch of her fur against his body.

Crimsonleaf had been in the spot yesturday watching a squirrel. She knew where the home was and went for it. She climbed the small tree that had the hole in it and pulled out four babies and the mother killing them instantly. She jumped down and dropped them. There I did my hunting. She said.

Watching Crimsonleaf, Badgerstep frowned. "If you kill the babies then they can't have their own kits; so we can't have more prey," she pointed out, trying to be helpful. She flicked her tail, opening her jaws to try and smell better. Though, she didn't scent anything.
"C'mon, let's go farther into the territory. We may have more chance of finding prey there," she said, starting to get slightly worried about the scarcity of prey. She trotted into the marsh, paws sinking slightly in the muddy spots. Badgerstep turned around, looking at the others and waiting for them to follow.Badgerstep |

Jaggedstripe silently agreed with Badgerstep but said nothing as to avoid conflict between the two she-cats. "If we try by the Burnt Sycamore, we might be able to find a few lizards or frogs there," he suggested, felxing his claws in and out eagerly. As long as they caught something to feed his Clan, then he was fine with that. But for now, the patrol had to keep their senses alert.

Crimsonleaf rolled her eyes at the warriors and kept behind them. Chill out jaggedstripe, we'll find food. She said nicely. But the truth was that she hated the whole clan and wanted nothing to do with them.

Jaggedstripe snorted scornfully. "It's not as easy as that," he snapped, not turning to meet Crimsonleaf's gaze. Though by the time he replied, they already reached the ancient tree that had been struck by lightning many moons ago. Suddenly he crouched down, and his eyes were fixed intently on a scrawny lizard a few fox-lengths ahead of him. Slowly, he crept toward it, his paws barely skidding the ground. With a snap, Jaggedstripe killed the lizard by giving it a swift bite to the neck.

Crimsonleaf looked at him and stayed back atleast fifteen feet.Who died and made you the boss she said to herself. Why does Jaggedstripe have to be so cruel?

As Jaggedstripe returned with the lizard in his jaws, sending a silent prayer of thanks to StarClan, he noticed the scornful expression on Crimsonleaf's face. He felt slightly guilty for snapping at her before, but he couldn't help himself. He didn't like easy-going cats like Crimsonleaf. Burying his lizard, and trotted up to his patrol. "Right then, we should probably try to catch something else. What do you think?" he inquirired.

She followed them to the burnt sycamore. The black and white warrior watched Jaggedstripe hunting, slightly admiring his light-footedness. Sometimes she thinks that the suffix of her name was given to her because she was clumsy, not because she was graceful like some thought.
She looked around, trying to find some prey. "We should keep looking for prey," Badgerstep said, replying to Jaggedstripe. Stalking around the sycamore, she thought of the idea to look for that mouse they had tried to catch earlier. Looking around, she thought she saw a glimpse of it in a bush and went to investigate.Badgerstep |

This she-cat hated the clans because of her kit hood. She was alone except for when she met traveler. She had fell in love with him and then he had disappeared on her. How could he do that to me? I hate that piece of nothing! He turned my hear into black and I never want to love again.
She slowed her pace and stayed behind the others. Maybe I should just leave the clans and be on my own. Cause they are not for me and I don't like their rules. They are to strict and I can't deal with it.
She soon found herself alone by a rock, the size of her. She looked at it, just staring for a good couple of minutes. She saw how the designs on the rock were. Crimsonleaf looked up at the sky and then down at the ground.
